Float House & Co is a wellness studio located in Cockburn WA. We aim to provide the highest of standard wellness experiences including Floatation Therapy and Infrared Sauna, in a luxurious and ambient atmosphere that induces total mind and body rejuvenation.
1.1. Float House & Co does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a floatation session.
1.2. Float House & Co may use the information provided to contact you with important information.
1.3. Personal information provided is for internal use only and will not be shared with external third parties without your permission.
Float House & Co only deal in and accept Australian Dollars. No other foreign currencies will be accepted as payment for our services.
3.1. Float House & Co makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the website are secure.
3.2. Float House & Co uses the STRIPE Payment Gateway service which encrypts all debit and credit payment information.
4.1. All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series of sessions, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking.
4.2. Please take note of the relevant conditions for each option, as these details may vary.
4.3. All future prices are subject to change.
5.1. Float House & Co provides services according to a published price list. By scheduling a booking with us, you agree to pay the published or agreed-upon price for that service, and all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (incl. any relevant taxes, fees) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
5.2. You acknowledge that Float House & Co reserves the right to charge for services and to change its fees from time to time at its discretion.
5.3. By proceeding with a purchase, you understand that “Float House & Co” will appear on your bank account statement as the payment reference. Please be aware that the receipt is subject to credit card approval. Additional fees from the bank may be charged for each declined transaction due to insufficient funds or invalid credit card details entered.
5.4. All credits purchased associated with session bookings are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
5.5. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Session credits cannot be shared as they are for individual use only unless stated otherwise.
We value your time, our time, and the service that we provide. Given that our booking time slots are 1.5hrs long, last minute cancellations impact our small business significantly. Therefore, in order for us to continue to provide our amazing services we appreciate your support and commitment to the following key terms and conditions. Note that if you believe your circumstances require special consideration, then please contact us on 9417 4497 to discuss.
6.1. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling, however a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling a booking/s is required to avoid the cancellation fee.
6.2. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value will be charged.
6.3. If 48 hours’ notice is provided, then we will allocate any pre-payment to another suitable appointment time at your request.
6.4. No-Show: If you do not attend your booking without notifying us, then your booking payment will be forfeited and any associated credit on your account removed.
7.1. Electronic Gift Vouchers can be purchased online via our website and physical Gift Vouchers can be purchase in person from our studio.
7.2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, nor can they be returned or redeemed for cash.
7.3. The Voucher must be presented in order to be redeemed in whole or part. Purchases exceeding the available balance of the Voucher require the difference to be paid by cash or debit/credit card.
7.4. Gift Vouchers for a monetary value (e.g. $50) are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
7.5. Gift Vouchers for a single service (e.g. Single Float or Sauna) are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
7.6. Gift Vouchers for multi-pass packs and those associated with discounted rates or specials (e.g. 3 x Float Pack) are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
7.7. Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
8.1. Each Pod is filled with a water and Epsom Salt solution which contains roughly 1000kg of magnesium Epsom salts which is a high operating cost for our small business.
8.2. In order to maintain the highest Pod water quality, a key acceptance on our Pre-Float Waiver Form is that you are not currently sick, have no open wounds or have not recently dyed your hair (within the last two weeks) AND that your hair runs clear in the shower.
8.3. Should any damage or contamination (including bodily excrement or hair dye) occur to our Pod water during your float, then we reserve the right to charge a $800 cleaning fee.
Float House & Co allows people over the age of 10 to float. However, please note that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be required to complete the Waiver on their behalf.
Our referral program is open to any business or person who refers five clients to us who attend for a full priced float. Upon booking the referred client is requested to advise us of the referral which will be recorded. When the referring business or person has referred all five clients to Float House & Co, they will be issued a voucher for 1 x 60min float for free.
Float House & Co reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or present in a state that would cause risk to themselves or others.
Float House & Co reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. By using the website or making a booking you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that clients/users review this document periodically to stay informed.
